As part of newly introduced government regulations, disposable vape products will no longer be permitted for sale in New Zealand from 17 June 2025. This marks the end of all single-use vape devices, and customers are encouraged to transition to reusable, pod-based systems.
Additional regulatory changes include:
In-store Visibility:
General Retailers will no longer be allowed to display vaping devices, accessories, or packaging. These products will now be kept out of public view—typically stored under counters or within enclosed cabinets. Specialist Vape Retailers (SVRs), may continue to display products in-store, provided they are not visible from outside. This may result in the use of window coverings or revised store layouts to comply with visibility restrictions.
Online Display:
E-commerce platforms will also be affected. Vaping products, including imagery and visual representations, will no longer be permitted on websites. We will be making changes to our online experience over the coming weeks to ensure full compliance.
Promotions & Loyalty Programs:
Due to upcoming regulatory changes, our loyalty program will be discontinued on 16 June 2025. Customers can continue to earn points until 10th June, with all points to be redeemed by 16th June.
Please note: This applies to both in-store and online purchases. Loyalty points earned online and in-store are not transferable between platforms.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we adapt to these regulatory changes.
