Shipping Options Overview
- Postals are FREE within New Zealand on orders NZD $60 inc GST and over – Sent through NZ POST/Aramex
- Postals are FREE to Australia on orders NZD $144 inc GST and over – Sent through Courier Post/AU Post (Excl. IQOS HEETS and SHISHA Products)
- Courier costs NZD $5.50 inc GST New Zealand wide for orders under NZD $60.00 inc GST
- Post to Australia costs is NZD $19.50 inc GST Australia wide for orders under NZD $144 inc GST
- Express Courier costs NZD $35 inc GST Australia wide – Sent through DHL/EMS/Aramex
- All other international destinations – Worldwide Standard Post Tracked (4-11 working days) : NZD $52 inc GST
- All other international destinations – Worldwide Express Shipping – Tracked & Signature DHL/EMS (3-9 working days) : NZD $70 inc GST
Please allow three working days for Courier Post to deliver in NZ and longer to get to Australia. Someone will need to sign for the delivery. If you order a Vape (which includes any batteries) outside of New Zealand then we fill your order only using DHL.
Customs & Import Regulations
Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Some of the products we sell via this website could be prohibited for importation into certain countries.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country. Where we are aware of any particular import restrictions, We endeavour to make note of this on the product detail page. It’s entirely your responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country. Vapeys accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body.
Likewise, any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control. If an order is returned to us by your countries import authorities in resalable condition, we’ll refund you the value of the order less any postage costs incurred to us. We can’t provide a refund until we’ve received the products back. We don’t provide refunds on parcels that are detained or confiscated at your countries customs due to containing items which are prohibited.
We recommend you contact your local Customs Office for further information on import regulations in your country.
FAQs
If there are no updates on the tracking page after your order is shipped out, the reason is due to your order being sent from our overseas warehouses. Parcels need to arrive in New Zealand by plane from overseas before the local shipping company can pick them up for the couriers to collect and scan. Only then, will the website update the tracking number.
Please give some time for the courier to update the latest tracking info after reaching the next station. We hope you receive your package soon and you love your wonderful purchases.

Hi, normally it will take 1~3 days to prepare the items. After the order has been shipped out, it usually takes 2 days if it’s within New Zealand, if overseas, 11~33 days.

We’re sorry our items did not meet your expectations. No worries, we can accept a return within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
If you received the wrong, or damaged, or defective products, please follow these steps within 30 days of placing your order:
1) Locate the order in ‘My orders’. Click the ‘Return Item’ button.
2) Select the item(s) you want to return, indicate the reason, include a photo showing damages and defects, and submit.
3) We will process your request and provide you with a refund. If you prefer exchanging or reshipping the correct one, please contact our agents for help.
We will offer a full refund on all items you returned, excluding the shipping fee and un-returnable items.

E-Liquid
When choosing from any of the range of great E-Liquid take care. To maintain safety & quality we do not accept any E-Liquid returns.
Vapes
We are happy to accept the returns of our Vapes with the following conditions:
- The Vape needs to be unopened.
- The Vape needs to be in near new condition.
- Returns need to be within 7 days of purchase date.
- A handling fee of NZD $5.00 will be charged.
Quality
We at Vapeys Vape Store try to only import fine to excellent vaping products. We have chosen our range with care to look after our customers needs. Given this level of attention to care, we have found it has paid off, as we have very few faulty or returned vape products. If you do end up with a faulty product – as a member of the public, you are protected under New Zealand law by the consumer guarantees act. This means we will attempt to fix the situation so that you have a working vape. We always try to support our customers.
