Dear Customers, During Level 4 lockdown,
Same day delivery for orders placed before 2pm Auckland wide 15km within our stores' radius (north shore only) and NZ POST courier for rest of NZ. Aussie orders will continue to be couriered out as usual. Same day deliveries will be completed before 10pm. Some deliveries may take longer depending on the delivery route - So please be patient!
We are short staffed and swamped with orders, But our team is working tirelessly to get these orders out to you on time.
However, as a result of the additional safety procedures, bubble arrangement - we may experience be some unforeseen delivery delays.
